Rare drop from Vas Ren Spiritwards. They are not rare spawns, you can usually find 4 or 5 of them up in the hidden area behind the waterfall, as well as multiple ones patroling the open area. I have no idea why they are not on the beastiary list for Twilight Sea.
They are not on the bestiary list for Scarlet Desert either.

Its a quest reward from Twlight
No, this is not the Shaman weapon quest reward.
It does not follow the pattern of stats that all the Twilight Sea Quest items do.
I'd imagine there's a Vas Ren (Or Grol Baku, or something) SpiritWard in the hidden area or on the islands that drops this.

So its the Shaman Spear quest. To be honest its far better then what I thought it'd be, and looks like its worth the time and effort. Thanks ;)

this is not a quest item i promise you! this is dropped off of a named alien.. that is all i will say...BUT IT IS NOT THE SHAMAN QUEST ITEM.!
Can anyone tell me what dropped this? Same Wis as a Spine-chill/JCP but extra mana and resists, so I wouldn't mind one. Not the best ratio but if I have to use this in melee I'm bored/gonna die ;)
