I can't understand why there's a huge difference between this item and the Alaran Tea. The tea has 85 HP/Mana and 15 to the same saves. It lacks 10 End, 15 HP/Mana, and has different stat values, but can that really justify using 3 Essence of Alaris vs just one for the tea? Also, the trivial for this is painful, while the tea is an easy 115.

Is there some stat or effect that's not listed that would make up the difference?
