Just fyi, as you would probably expect, this npc doesn't appear to exist on the tlp Coirnav server as of Velious.

Yes, this is a Luclin spell. For Ealyson Roloius yes, that NPC isn't available in Luclin. I believe Horoal Deathdealer in Echo Caverns should have this spell during Luclin as indicated here.

Made the trip to Echo Caverns to pick this spell up for a necro friend of mine (BTW use the secret enctrance from Shadowhaven) and found out it was undead only.
