This task will give you a faction hit for the slaves of Toskirakk, the kills dont but the task does.
It took me 10 tasks to get from amiable to kindly:
3x Retinue of the Frog-God
1x Find Your Allies (non-repeatable)
2x Whom Frogs Destroy
2x The Wrath of Korascian
2x Champions No More
I left the poor slaves in the tunnels alone.
I hadn't finished Disrupt the Siege by the time I reach kindly, so I'm not sure if that task has a higher faction weighting. Same goes for Murdunk's.

Can anyone identify which mobs give Slave faction. I have been farming Rallosian marauder, Rallosian messcook, Rallosian shocktrooper for a week. I have maxed out faction with Mitius, herald of Change, but still cannot get the Augury of Time quest.

a Rallosian Scout does NOT positively impact Toskirakk Slave faction.
I was trying to raise my faction so I came here and saw that "a Rallosian marauder" raises faction with Tosk slaves, so I went and started killing them. However, I did not get a faction raise. I only got a faction raise with Militus, and a lowered faction with the army faction. I did not try the other 3 listed mobs, as they were too hard for me to pull at the time.

Doing the task "Disrupt the Siege" does NOT show a positive faction boost for the slaves. Rather on completion of the quest, you recieve positive faction with Mitus, Herald of Change.

Not directly, but since the mobs you must kill to complete the quest give this faction change, we list it as such.
