"A minotaur miner" and "a minotaur warrior" in Dragonscale Hills - specifically, in the minotaur mines near the south west corner of the zone - do not give me faction hits for "Steam Factory Flunkies". In fact, this faction doesn't appear to be in my faction standings window. Now, the minotaurs (including their boss, Higoren) give me the following faction hits.
