Can it be that there is no positive faction if one was is evil. For the guards yes, but citizens (which can be just as dangerous)

The citizens are tied to the guard faction. I spent 2 days killing orcs and went from scowl to dubious to both. I'm an ogre. Also, acutally some of the merchants are aprehensive so I can buy and sell.
