Laurentiu (also on this faction) will not give any quests when apprehensive. Insults instead, like Peretaenu does.

Was trying to better equalize my faction between Minohten and Tuffein (by killing Minohten scouts lol), and realized too late that after I slipped below indifferent with Minohten I was not able to get any quests from Laurentiu or Peretaenu. Still able at apprehensive to get all the other quests out of the Minohten camp.

Haven't checked the Nymphs yet (I'm app with them too now), will do that tonight.

Now killing Dromrek and centaurs to raise both Minohten and Tuffein faction. Hoping that when I can get the Tuffein quests and complete through Devan #5 (the one that drastically lowers Tuffein faction) that'll raise Minohten at least back to indifferent.
