Named mob "Hunter" aggroed me over by the SHM spell vendor. Upon killing it, I received a positive faction hit for Coldeye and a negative faction hit for Nightmoon. Hunter dropped "Belt of the Falls".

Killing Coldeye orcs does not wreck Coldeye faction?

I don't see Coldeye orcs on the list of NPCs that one would kill to lower Coldeye faction. Is this true?
