I have been an 'enabler' for Lady Shae's binge sessions before.
I assumed that FelGuard was the faction of the HIE Guards defending us little wood elves in the Faydark.
I'll have to re-check more factions in GFay and HK.

Lady Shae has a quest that raise your faction to felguard (technically 2 quests as they are seperate turn ins.) http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=577
I have as of yet to find out what this faction is good for other than with Lady Shae herself. I was told that this may also be related to mobs located in High Keep, that are being held against their will.
