Faction hits for killing him:
Johanius Barleou got worse.
Katta Castelum Citizens got worse.
Magus Conlegium got worse.
Nathyn Illuminious got better.
Coterie of the Eternal Night got better.
He is NOT on the same faction table as the guards. Currently my SK is scowling to him while apprehensive to the guards next to him.

Johanius is a green-to-50 Paladin who is found standing near the Coterie Fort in the corner of Tenebruous Mountains. He is on Katta Guard Faction too, as he states "The Validus Costodius will not suffer you to live" or some such when he jumps you. He aggroes on anyone KoS to him regardless of level. I had to kill him (which sucked because I'm trying to work Katta Faction up) but don't recall the factions affected.
I do believe that killing the Coterie General nearby where he spawns raises faction with him, I'll try to verify.
