The Brood of Di'Zok is one of two factions of sarnaks found in Kunark. The Brood of Di'Zok is aligned closely with the Sarnak Collective, any faction hits with the brood will lower your faction with the Collective and vice-versa.
The Brood of Di'Zok can be found within the walls of Chardok, where the prince, queen and overking can be found.
For those looking to max this faction I highly recommend killing Korucust in Chardok B. He is on a 3 day respawn with a 12 hour variance but gives +99 Brood faction hit.
Additionally, his guards (which appear to be on a 6+ hour respawn) give +19 and there are 6ish of them.
So Roughly speaking you can get +213 faction hits relatively quickly.
Additionally, almost every mob in Chardok B gives +1 with the exception of live Sarnaks which give +2 (the Sarnaks in the 2 summoning rooms appeared to give no hits) and everything is on a roughly 20 min respawn. Each clear is probably worth another +150-200 faction and since only named (and Korucust guards) will summon its a relatively easy zone to swarm kill in with your biggest problem being mobs not keeping up with you and resetting.
If you prefer not to invest a lot of time and instead be patient I suggest stopping by twice a day to kill the Korucust guards for a quick +114 faction plus whatever you kill on your way into his room (probably another +20-30). Doing this you could earn roughly +1000 faction every 3 days spending only a few minutes in zone each time.

When you say Korucust's guards, do you mean a Shai`Din royal guard? Let me know which mobs have what faction hits and I can get them all updated.

I believe both of negative hits are identical to the positive Brood of Di'Zok hit for all trash mobs, but I am uncertain if this is true for Korucust or his guards. I was hoping to confirm it but as you will see below I am already maxed on those factions (I had to kill in Chardok A a bit to be able to get off max Ally just to get these).

Ok thanks, I went back laid waste to Chardok B to get faction hits for everything that was up. Only a few that weren't up but should be able to guess what faction they are on!
I just parsed it out and determined that each turn in yields 3 faction points. So each skin is worth 3 points and each salt is worth 1.5 points (since those have to be turned in in pairs).
Killing the goblins in the cave where the traitor spawns is quick and easy way to increase DiZok faction.

I have worked hard to raise my faction with the merchants in the Overthere Outpost (handing in bezerker war braids) - it's a VS faction hit. Now I am accepted (some even *like* me in the Outpost). If I work on the faction quest for Chardok will I destroy my faction with the Outpost?
57 rogue here - I sit outside of the mine ent and slaughter the gobbies here and in the building close by, I got 3 stacks of green goblin skins in ~4 hours just killing these 15 or so green mobs and the occasional lb ikky war quest mob. Not really fun, but a simple camp for melee and a great camp for any rogue looking to faction their way down to the doors for a single pull with a monk. Hope this helps.

If your guild cant, or want help you dont worry You can raise this faction if u are over 50 + , and if u are 55 + u can complete all Key to Vesan quest. Is long time but an ubbor key.

No, you can always turn in the salts and skins to the little Herald in Chardok, even when you're KOS. The little critter will never attack you unless you attack him first.
hehe even still if ya attack him he just says ouch who do you think you are hitting me with that doesnt even bother to attack you back ;) oh and FYI if ya just messing around, a 1200pt nuke will kill him.... found out the hard way when a friend was turning in skins ;P had to wait for him to respawn
The following figures aren't 100% accurate but almost (give or take 20 factions hits), they show how many faction hits are needed for a certain visible change in faction:
I spent 34 days in the mines and made 2 mules for all the salts and skins (8 bags full all Trader bags) on each one.....I killed exactly 30596 (I counted). After the death of 30596 I turned in the salts and got Ally Faction!
Last weekend I was talking with some people in chardok who were not KoS with the residences in there. He said he got it by killing in the Temple of Droga. So, I headed over there with an alt of mine and started killing goblins in there. Sure enough, we were getting + to BroodOfDiZok faction. We spent about 3 hours in there and maybe killed 80 to 100 of them. My question is, does anyone know how many need to be killed to get to be non KoS in Chardok. I would love to have this alt be able to run in and drag corpses for when we get wiped out.
I spent about a week (20+ hours) in the mines of Nurga, farmed about 2 1/2 stacks of salt, bought a stack of green skins. I turned them all in and went from ready to attack too threating. Though the ring quest is nice I could not spend the time needed to get to ally
Yes, but....you can turn in the green goblin skins (which stack.) Each skin turned in gives you +3 faction hits. You can also turn in mountain death salts. Turn in two, and you get +3 faction hits. This is the way to really get your faction up fast......
Faction for sarnaks in chardok can be raised with the mt death salt and green goblin skin by turning it in to the herald at the entrance to chardok (inside, not out, although it is hard to exit once you enter unless you have sow, alot of hp, or are non-kos already).
It is possible to become non-KoS to the sarnaks inside Chardok who are on Di'Zok faction after many hours/days/weeks killing the goblins in FM, Nurga, and Droga (normal low level goblins found in Warsliks Woods and LOIO will not help). Sarnaks outside Chardok are on Sarnak Collective faction which cannot currently be raised at all.
Hand in Mineral sacks and green goblins skins from Nurga/Droga etc to Herald Telcha at zone entrance, and Sarnak colletive (pretty much all sarnaks in Kunark; LoIO, BW, OT...) will go up.
Killing some of the goblins in Frontier Mountains does raise brood of Di'Zok faction. Killing some of the Sarnaks does raise Mountain Death Clan (frontier mountain goblin) faction. The goblins and the sarnaks hate each other.
It's the Iksar outcasts (footpads, bandits, marauders, etc.) that raise Brood of Kotiz (Iksar Necromancer) faction when they are killed. None of the goblins raise Brood of Kotiz faction when killed.
