Vox Nag and Trakannon are all prisoners of the Ring of scale, Nag and Vox for trying to mate and make another Sleeper, Trak for killing off the iksar, THATS why your faction goes up for killing them.

If killing Vox improves faction with Ring of Scale, shouldnt be the other way around as well?

How is this possible than vox faction goes with nagafen and is opposite to ring of scale faction ? I am an half elf bard, follower of Veeshan, so is this possible to increase ALL dragon factions ?

How would I go about raising the Vox faction? I know it can be done, I've seen/read about ppl doing it.

Be pretty cool to be amiable to Lady vox :)
