You can also lower Meldrath faction by killing Brownie Outcasts in Lesser Fay. I'm not sure about the other brownies as I've not been killing them.

Even though the faction is with a very VERY small amount of NPCs, infact the main NPC is Meldrath the Malignant and that may be the only one, but if this guy gets on you it ain't fun. Very easy to get up, just camp the mechanic. I did it, and I am happy I did.
