I'm told that the cleric AA sanctuary used to put the cleric on top of the hate list when it ended. However, there is nothing in the AA description that specifies this. Can anyone give me any insight on this topic please. Thanks in advance.

I don't think there is any offical word on this, however I use Sanctuary often and have never found myself at the top of the hate list when it was over. And it has saved me several times when a bad pull comes in or tank with less than perfect aggro.
