well I found that the best places to solo are in DS fear killing the dragons.. you need the factions away.. or try the DoN zone just off of lava storm same deal...
burt TSS offers some good areas as well.. might try mesa.. the bear teeth sell for 25pp each.. and they also are part of the armor quest

I also had a lot of good times fear kiting in Natimbi. Just stick to the zone in from the magus just across the stream. But avoid the named turtle guy (sorry forgot name) cuz he summons and hit hard, oh and immune to fear hehe.
Stable area of City of Mist. Invis up and over the bridge, hang a left and go straight through. There is a skelly waiting to see you!. Make the rounds. Be careful of multiple pulls. FD is your friend. The named may be a bit tough, so get help or avoid them, but the xp will fly. I made 6AA at this level in a few sessions.

last i checked ds was draniks scar i think he means dragorns :P

I soloed in Goru'kar Mesa from 51-55 I think, the mobs there aren't that tough at all at that lvl, and the xp while i was there was pretty good.
Another TSS option for a soloing/moloing ("soloing w/merc") SK from lvl 50 - 55 is Blackfeather Roost. If you are well geared (defiant or better)you could go in the mid to late 40's .The xp is decent but there are not enough mobs for a group (1st stage/island),unless it is a mid to late 40's group. The mobs range from around 50 to 56. Some of The named ( ones with "a healthy..."or "an injured..." or "a cunning..." or "a hungry..." in their name) hit considerably harder than the trash, so beware if you are not well geared and below lvl 50.
