Just so you guys know, when using intimidation, you cannot use any other skill(like kick, bash, fd...)without INTERUPTING your intimidation, therefore resulting in the "you arent scaring anything message".

Try using intimidation right after you hit frenzy that way you can let your frenzy recycle while your intimidation uses its 3-4 seconds it takes to go off.

REMEMBER DO NOT USE ANY SKILLS WHILE YOUR INTIMIDATION IS DOWN OR IT WILL FAIL.

This is what I do with my level 28 kitty zerker.

Pull with snare
throw axes till it gets to me
stun it
go kat attack on its head with frenzy
pop intimidation

about one out of 10 times intimidation will work (skill around 35 now) and the mob will turn and try to run (yellow and red to me mobs)

as soon as it turns to run, I resnare and pop off another frenzy

by the time the intimidation wears off its around 15% life and tring to run again but cant, so I finish it off.

As with trade skills, your skill can advance with failures. My Disarm is 170 something and I have only had 3 or 4 successful disarms. Obviously you want the fear to go off...sometimes...but maybe it will go off more often when your proficiency improves. I rarely use intimidation because I group play a lot and they get peeved.
