Post your level and magelo to make things easier. I do find that the zones filtered by level here to be useful though.

At level 10 there is not really a need to buy the latest expansions yet. I would wait till you are in your 40s to buy the platinum pack (Ykesha has some nice zones for leveling in the 40s, plus a long lasting pet haste spell that is questable) Then you can wait till the 50s or even 60s to get OoW and DoN (I just dinged 61 the other day and I still haven't used DoN that much, except for the guild hall to summon my corpse a couple times)

At level 10 I would hunt in the commonlands and around 14 NRO at the bandit camps. You could go to Paludal Caverns on Luclin and hunt the lower levels mobs (not the bandits by the shadow haven zone, but by shadeweaver's thicket) PC is currently a hot spot, so the XP is really nice (shoot it is nice even when it is not a hot spot) That would be my recommendations

at lvl 10 to 20 bst place is still paludal caverns. after that you can head to netherbian lair to mid-late 20s. then mseru till about 32ish. after that head over to dsp. you can also try unrest at 20s n 30s and at 30s-40s you can try Overthere.
