Is it just me, or is this stuff virtually impossible to get. I've been told that the halfling hides only drop from Leathfoot Scouts, sergeants and Captain, all of whom cast. Now, with the major changes to casters, I get killed everytime I try to get hides. How is this supposed to be possible??
