Enchanter - the game's traffic cop. When the enchanter yells stop, creatures cease what they are doing and just wait to die. A complex class, enchanters get a variety of spells as well as a pet, and can be played in a number of different ways.

I have been away from EQ for quite some time and I am wondering what aspects of pet's have stayed the same.

When I left as long as I did 1 point of dmg to a mob I received full exp. Is this still the case today? Also I ready somewhere that when I charm mob ABC that normally hits for X amount he will now only dish out about half of X. Is this current information?

Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me.

You don't have to hit the mob at all anymore (well it has to hit you to get your pet to attack, or course). Your pet can do the full damage and still grant you experience for the kill.

And as far as I know, charmed mobs do full damage that they are supposed to.
