Having a heck of a time trying to find Reani Jukle in the Qeynos Aquaducts to receive my empty ink vial, for the "Copy of Notes" quest. If anyone who's already an epic holder wants to help out a newb and break it down for me I sure would appreciate it.

He is in the area with the shadow knight and necro GMs. The evil "under city" area.
Agree, search out the SK guildmaster down there. One of the first rooms the NPC will be in the back left of a room. I had to use illusion and faction spells to gain entry and not be mobbed.
If all else fails use www.eqatlas.com as a reference.
