Classes: The Enchanter

Enchanter - the game's traffic cop. When the enchanter yells stop, creatures cease what they are doing and just wait to die. A complex class, enchanters get a variety of spells as well as a pet, and can be played in a number of different ways.

What is the best way to develop and play an enchanter? What spells are most and least important? Can an enchanter be soloed, and if so how? What skills are the most important for an enchanter? How should an enchanter be played in a group?

Has anyone done the prequest for the 1.5??
I was told that they took all prequest out of the game? Can anyone confirm this?? And how hard was the undead dragon? Rest of it looks like a cake walk...thanks in advance...

That is not what I had ment to ask...maybe you misunderstood?

I was asking for someone to confirm that the prequest infact...still worked...I was told my a person that they took them out last patch...

Galuden (sp?) was pure melee. Cannot slow .. almost totally MR. We tried every debuff and after 12 casts tash landed but mala didnt at all as well as various nukes. We finally got war rogue ranger bard for resist songs b/c he does have an ae. Hope that helps

I have done the prequest, a few months ago. As far as Garudan, he is a pain with a one group fight, but doable. I was able to slow him magically with the new slow Desolate Deeds. Cripple is good and stack Asphyxiate, Strangle, Torment or Scio, and the other spell in the 60's I can't remember off the top of my head.

Have you saves over 300, fire I think it is and you will resist the AE that goes off about ev ery 30 seconds.

I doubt they would ever intentionally take out the prequest. Best way to see is to spawn Garudan and kill him and see if he drops the prequest item. I know the mobs in PoH still drop the insidious armor pieces specific to the prequest.
