Many spells 50+ require spell research to make.
Some are sold by merchants.
Try Abysmal Sea for spells up to 60.
There might be a few more in there or in PoK.
60+ spells come from looting no drop parchments
in Planes of Power zones.
Basiton of Thunder seems particularly good for those drops.

Just returned back to the game after a loooooooong hiatus... you still need the muramite runes for the 66 - 70 spells? If not, where are they sold? I'm so lost in game hehe

Yes, muramite runes are needed for spells 66-70.
They are not sold by merchants, they must be farmed
from nameds for their era (the name escapes me at the moment)
although some runes (lesser, and "regular" runes) are tradable
the higher level runes are no drop.

As I understand most if not all spells of that (and other) range
can be researched without having to farm the runes.

I suggest gathering up the pieces needed for the spells
you want and then asking in General chat if anyone is available
to do a research combine for you. You might get lucky and
find someone nice and willing to do so.
