My natural crits have hit as high as 15.7k with ether flame
I once had a bard with me playing that special song... I then hit one for 17kish
I have seen some Wizards go 18k+ natural
with manaweave i can hit almost 22k.
My max crit ever was 23733, with a bit of help from manaweave and a druid.

I have hit 29k with the mana weave proc and druid epic. No bard. of course I can always hit 36k with mana blaze but it has a mana cost of 9k.

with all aa's not including don max crit is 2.5/1
basicaly a 3k will turn 7.5k w/o focus
a way to check you crit % is to find a prok can swing untill you crit prok
in my observation it has always been the max crit % i can acheive
i.e veintapper's stone from mpg

our wizards are hitting 43k with eth rime atm but the iceing is still manaburn with a 68k nuke now afaik.
