A bit much work for what you asked for, so here's a list of all Ranger Useable Fabled Weapons with ratios of 1:1 or higher, Ratio column is multiplied by 20 to make it easier to compare values. You'll have to look the items up and where they're from, and whether you need access to them. You shouldn't need access to the zones themselves but may need inner keys.

Also, will be the same zones as last year. No new fabled zones are being added, at least so Sony has been saying.
