hiya i was wondering if you guys could maybe give me a few ideas of anger proc weps that i should keep an eye out for around lv 40.. that would be savagely helpful atm tyvm in advance
There are no weapons that proc Anger or Enraging Blow that you could reasonably obtain at level 40. Your best bet is to save up some plat and buy the Wulfenite Augments from your hometown augment merchant. Hit Ctrl-F to bring up a list of merchants in the zone.
You could always try Barnacle Covered Axe.
Not much for stats but should be dirt cheap in bazaar and has a small aggro proc.
