Classes: The Warrior

Warriors - the tank class. Combining a powerful offense with a strong defense, warriors are best suited to slugging it out toe to toe with the monsters they face.

What is the best way to develop and play your warrior? What skills are the most useful for a warrior to develop and master? Can a warrior be soloed, and if so how? How should the warrior be played within a group? What weapons and armor whould the warrior seek out?

Post your strategies on how to best play and develop the Warrior and read, rate and comment on what others have to say.

How to tell which of your AA's are defence?
#1 Feb 23 2008 at 1:46 PM Rating: Decent
I have spoken with many about which way to spend my AA's on my warrior. Everyone I speak to say to go defensive. But no matter how much I look I can't seem to say which ones are defensive. Could anyone perhaps give me an idea of which ones would be a good way to spend my AA's?

Or which way would you suggest using them. Cause in the near future I would like to be accepted into groups.. Not denied. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Reading the descriptions about the AA in the window should give you enough info about it to tell if it is Defensive, DPS, Agro or Utility. Some fall into more than one category though.

Any ability that raises your hit points or causes you to take less damage or to avoid damage will be defensive.

In order of tankishness: Combat Agility, Combat Stability, Natural Durability, Physical Enhancement. Depending on your level, you could spend 50-100 points just on those AA for purely defensive boosts.
