My huge stupid question for the day is how to find items to raise my 56 war's hp up to 5000, and ac to 1500 with no buffs?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated. I am new to this and need some helpful info.

not 100% sure of the stats on the stuff, but I believe the DoN traders gear would help, just need crystals. Can pick up some augs there as well.
Magnetic armor and Polished Energeaic armor is the best bazaar gear you can get probably. A full set of those and you'll be doing pretty well at level 56.
Then boost HP / AC further with some dropped augments from hotzones and former hotzones. Stone of Greatness from CT, Heart of the Sky from AC, Stone of Might from Old Seb.
