Say I have a Lamentation with a damage bonus of 4. Does this bonus get added to the lamentations base damage of 9, making it a 13/19? Or does it add 4 to the overall damage (say I hit for 20 on average, would it now be 24)? Please provide some claritification on the subject. Be specific in your reply if possible. Thanks.
