Posted: Sep 11 2004 at 10:28 AM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Turns out Focuses stack if there the same number so look at the wizards Sandals it has Spell Haste IV and so does this that means you get a Spell haste 8...! Opps! heh I missed the whole Mana Pres and Spell thing lol ignore me heh.
Course white dragon boots are better but u can get the aran boots for 30k or less and much much easier to attain and yes ft is nice but spell haste4 is also nice :)

The base data on Alla's (but it is correct on Lucy) has SV COLD +4 instead of the correct SV COLD +3. This will affect your overall information on your Character Sheet if you have it equipped.
yes the white dragon scale boots are better then these boots but the level to attain them is much harder then these u can get these with 1 group. or u could pretty much even buy the pattern and ur all set.

of course the dragonscale boots are better but you cant really compare these to White dragonscale boots, these are much easier to obtain and you can buy the pattern, you have to do tons of faction work and you need a raid to go kill yelinak to get the boots...you can get a pattern drop with one good PoP group.....

You could get stuff with better mana/int anywhere and why even care about spell haste 4, I always have 2 or 3 corpses lying around with the mage earring/bracer/ring to use every day. Sorry but it's sad when you can get a quested feet slot item from velious that is about 5 times better than a quested one from Planes of Power.

Skyshrine is AC5 STA5 hp25 mana45 svall3
*glances up* This has int and dex and higher AC, and doesn't require a raid to kill dragons, nor any faction-work or gem-farming.
Yea, they drop off named mobs in high tier planes, but it's 1-groupable for most of the drops.
