This isn't bettar then any epics...why you ask? because its 2 handed, mabey if it was 1 handed then would be considered, but 2 hands means 1 hand can't have something else in it. So consider that as only half those stats per hand.

Of course I'm a necro, so IMO any item with 125 hp and regen is better than my epic. I have my epic and a Zheart. The Zheart is in my hand 90% of the time...
Or instead of getting this useless regen 2hblunt staff you could use zlandicar's heart and quest for the siren parts shield in natimbi and have 8 health regen instead of 2 by getting this staff you will never be able to get...

Pzo Adan is one of the last four named out of twelve in the Bertoxxulous cycle. By the time you can do that, you ought to have a better combo than epic + Zland heart. The only 2-hander I've seen that even possibly rivals primary + secondary drops in the plane of water.
Only the exceptions can be exceptional.
